Research Agenda

Research

My research explores the reciprocal relationship between political regimes and society. Situated at the intersection of comparative politics, political sociology, and public policy, I investigate how political institutions, public policies, and social norms shape political behaviour, and how societal transformations, collective beliefs, and organised actors reshape political institutions in return. Through comparative and interdisciplinary research across democratic and non-democratic regimes, I seek to understand the dynamics of governance, political development, and state–society relations.
